One Flaw In Women
One Flaw In Women
Women have strengths that amaze men…..
They bear hardships and they carry burdens,
but they hold happiness, love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy
and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in..
They stand up to injustice.
They don’t take “no” for an answer
when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel
and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about
a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they
think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss
can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They’ll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what
makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their
family and friends.
Women have vital things to say
and everything to give..
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,
IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.
thanks Sandy for Sharing this with me! What would I do without all the friends supporting me these days!

This Thursday Miracle Treat Day
After Ragbri
So, when Jason got home from Ragbri, I asked if he was sore. He said he wasn’t bad. Tuesday he woke up a little stiff and sore. So, last night, Wednesday, we decided to go for a short 2 mile run / walk. I was way ahead after the first mile (running my normal pace). But, wow, mile #2 sucked and I had to walk some. He ran the entire time at his slow pace and was able to run 4 miles today. I stayed home tonight and stretched my sore muscles. So, yes, we just played the game tortoise and the hare. And the tortoise, Jason, definately is kicking my butt!
Working out Money – Spent
Jason won the competition at work for loosing the most weight this summer. So, we celebrated by going bowling, eating greesy food and pop and playing board games. It started off with a come from behind victory by myself in the first game of bowling and then I lost it at the very end to Jason in the 2nd game. Bailey and her friend both had awesome games (when the bumpers came up). Then, we headed home to watch Big Brother & play Apples to Apples with the girls. I lost. Bailey won the 1st game and Jason won the 2nd. I’m not very good at that game. And Jason always seems to win. hmmmmmmm
